If you have a user account set up on the IFS Service Portal you could then create a case in the Service Now system for the purpose of scheduling such a chat.  If not, check with an IFS account representative on how to get your Service Portal account set up.

perhaps I can also contribute. 
One of my customers use ASC (advanced supply chain).
I learned that only two companies in germany had implemented ASC so far.

There is a lot of functionality in CSL = CustomerScheduleLines and SSL = SupplierScheduleLines.
You may imagine that like a “order request” with DueDates. 
They receive CSL sometimes multiple times a day via EDI. 
Plans with DueDates up to 2027!
Customer with (InventoryPart) partno, CustomerPartNo, AgreementID and even more things you have to take care of.
We just finished a FACT_COSL (combination of COLs = CustomerOrderLines and CSLs) 
Than created a FACT_COSLOrderEntry and finally we export the daily (not on weekends :-)) 
OE into a FACT_COSLOrderEntryHist.

My customer will go live the upcoming first of January.
