In Apps 10, users were allowed to add their own elements to their Lobby Screens. Things like Saved Searches or Favored Quick reports.
In Cloud, even though it looks like that would be possible, ie the button at the upper right corner is available and the screen still pops up...but nothing seems to be in the screen to select.
Does anyone know what projection or action grant that I would need to add to be able allow users to still do this?

OK FINALLY, figured it out.
It was not a permissions issue.
it turned out to be a corrupt profile. Clearing the profile did the trick. Not ideal, but it works.

My client is in 24R1 and I can see the field at the top right and I can add saved searches.
Check if you have a rights issue.
