Invalid login details error

Hi all, 

I have an issue about login. There is a user just created and when the user wants to login the IFS10 first time, the user get an error  "invalid login details".
Below information has been checked;

  • The user has a FND_ENDUSER permission set
  • FND_ENDUSER(end user role) has a FND_RUNTIME Functional Role
  • The user is Active 
  • The user's Account Status is OPEN in Oracle User Management page

What could be reason? Which point should be checked else?

Hi @Ozge 

be sure that the user has correct credentials.

You can also reset his password and test the login by yourself.

Hi @Link,

 

I have also tried as you said but the result has not changed.

By the way, I suspect that the oracle user was locked after failed login attempts more than one. For that reason, I have checked lock time parameter on oracle profile page, the value was 1. So I will try tomorrow again, I hope it works.

true. This can be the issue as well.

Then you need to unlock his/her account.

The permission sets should be OK.
