Hello, not sure if I’m not looking in the right place or if the data just isn’t brought through to the historical work order.

We are on 24.2.2 version of Cloud, when I am using the Ad hoc Work Reporting the field ‘Performed Work’ is where I write what has been done to the object (functional and serial). However once the work order that is created goes to Historical status I can not see this field or the details I’ve typed in anywhere. 

Also when in conclude work order and go to the work tasks, using the Reporting command button and select report action taken, a pop out opens and you can free type. Again once the order is set to historical, I can not see this detail. 

 

Please can anyone help point to where I need to look, thanks.

Hi ​@sholmes those fields all relate to the “work task” therefore in the historical work order you will need to navigate to the work task > details to see it in the “Action Information” section.

We are new to IFS Cloud (from apps9) and have always used “Work Done” comments on the work order however with the transition to work tasks it just makes more sense to use these fields rather than have to navigate back to conclude work order to fill in “work done” comments. Adds extra step.  Also you may want to transition to “Work Tasks” overview form to search on “Finished” items only for your “historical” work and you can see all these fields there including WO#. 


@Rcoubrou , thank you for that - in 24R2 the Action Information has moved to the Additional Information screen. But I have now found my history - thank you
