I need employees to attach documents using the self service (IFS Cloud)
But it allows to see all documents that are already attached. How to hide these additional commands like “Attach Existing”, “New Document From Template” from the end user?

There is setup through which it’ll allow only certain users to upload the document .
and to disable these options , you can manage this through permission set easily.

it is not intended to change delivered LTU permission sets but it is technically possible.
