I have come across an issue where the Application 10 environment is inaccessible through the URL. Its prompting a 403 Forbidden error when trying to access. This comes even through the Application Server itself.
However, the Application is up and running and can be accessed through the IFS Home folder.
+20Have you checked the system URL configured for the instance in the configuration.xml?
Further, check if there are any firewall rules in the server defined to restrict access to the server
url/port

+20I think you need to check the logs to figure out why the 403 is being thrown when accessing the landing page. Please look into the http server log and managed server logs.

We couldn't find much from the HTTP logs and other log files. However after a reconfiguration env was accessible via URL.
