The IFS Service Center has been designed and implemented to streamline how IFS customers interact with our services. It is the gateway to getting answers and requesting services.
Note that to access the IFS Service Center you must have an IFS Portal Account.
Simply browse to support.ifs.com then enter the e-mail address connected to your IFS Portal Account i.e. the one you used to register.
After clicking submit you will be prompted to enter your username and password please enter your e-mail address as the username and enter the password setup at account registration.
*the requirement to enter your e-mail address twice is a current system limitation which will be addressed in a future release.
If you are unable to remember your password you can find guidance on how to reset your password here click on the “Forgot your password?” link
If you do not have an IFS Portal Account you can request one by following these steps:
- Navigate to ifs.com/login
- In the lower portion of the page, click ‘Register’
- Enter your company’s CID (Customer Identifier) and click ‘OK’ (please ask your IFS Account Manager/Customer Success Manager/Project Manager for your CID if you do not know it).

Read and Accept the terms of use
- Now complete the Account Information screen. Your Username is made up of an automatically generated prefix and the rest is your choice. Please ensure that you register using an e-mail address matching your company domain id
- Towards the end of the form you will then be asked to choose which applications you want access to. Please choose:
- FTP (note this is not required for IFS Cloud Product customers)
- IFS Community
- IFS Support
Once your request is submitted, IFS will be notified and will grant your access once validated.
