@MCIFS2 The Custom Help option can be used to link a documentation which is specific to this screen in your solution/ business. 

To set it up:

Right click > Configure Custom Help…

Then enter the link for the help document

Afterwards the Custom Help link gets activated as in the above screen capture and when it is clicked the link is opened in the default browser.

@Buddhika Kurera when I add the custom help URL it works fine with my account. When another user goes to the same screen its not visible to them (Custom Help link in Black). Do we have to apply this setting via user Profiles (Base)? or is there any other way to grant access/publish it to other users?
