Hello IFS Community,
I am reaching out from a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) company currently implementing IFS Cloud, and we are in the process of redesigning our pricing module. One of our main challenges relates to how we manage off‑invoice discounts for different customers.
Specifically, we need to implement multiple off‑invoice discounts for the same customer at the part‑code level, based on their commercial agreements. This means that for a single part code, a customer may have several distinct off‑invoice discounts, each one mapped to different GL accounts.
Our question is:
→ Is there a way to configure multiple off‑invoice discounts per customer, at the part‑code level, each tied to separate GLs, in a clean and scalable way within IFS Cloud?
If so, we would appreciate guidance or best practices from anyone who has successfully implemented something similar.
Additionally:
→ Is there an IFS module that can serve as a central repository for customer commercial conditions or trade terms?
We are looking for a structured, easily maintainable solution where all our customer agreements can be stored and referenced by the pricing engine.
Any insights, references, or examples from your implementations would be extremely helpful as we build our pricing revamp.
