Question

Customer Agreement not auto-populating on customer orders

Forum|alt.badge.img+17

Hello,

When we have an active customer agreement that should be applied for a customer order, IFS does not default the agreement on the customer order, but it is available to select when editing the agreement id field. It seems that the agreement is already being applied to the order, it’s just the value for that field is not saved on the order. Is this a bug or just a settings issue? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Bryan

Hi @bdoucette The only thing I believe stops the agreement from auto populating however is still available in the list is that the ‘Consider by Quotation/Order Header is set as FALSE,

If your agreement is considered, dates are valid and its active I would raise a bug.

If you are adding a hierarchy level 2 customer for a customer order, even if the hierarchy level 1 customer has a customer agreement defined, it is not auto-picking. It is only available in the LOV (List of Values) to manually select in the order header.

However, if you do not select it manually, when adding an order line to that customer order, the 'price source' will automatically be picked as 'agreement' in the order line based on the hierarchy.

In summary, for a customer with a hierarchy level of 2 or lower, the agreement ID will not be auto-picked for the customer order, but it can be manually selected from the LOV. For order lines, the price source will be fetched as 'Agreement' if the root-level customer has an agreement defined.
