For those of you using Avalara, are you required to manually import your transactions each month?
We have been using IFS App10 for nearly two years, and our IT team has indicated that this manual process is required. In our previous ERP system, the integration was seamless. Does IFS Cloud handle this differently or provide a more automated solution?
Currently, I have to download a report and upload it to Avalara’s website on a monthly basis. I wanted to see if others are experiencing the same process or if there are more efficient alternatives.
