Application Server Task - Run a quick report to excel is Failing as Insufficient Privileges

Have a quick report I can run and IFS Admin can run to export to Excel directly .

Unfortunate when I set up a  Application server task and try to run the same report I get the following error  in the Application Messages :

“Insufficient Privileges to export the Quick report to Excel.  caused by :ifs.fnd.base.SystemException: Insufficient Privileges to export the quick report to excel”

I have checked my self as user and i have the granted privileges to run the report.  Also  have also tried to run as IFSADMIN which also had granted Privileges to run the report

please try changing the queue from batch2 to something else and restart the server task and try again. Also try  to  refresh the security permissions before doing above.

Hi @Jezza761-01,

I was having the same problem and changed the Execute As to Initiator, and it then worked.

Kind Regards,
