ZOOM - F9 is disabled on some fields that were available in IFS9

Greetings, IFS Community.

 

Some fields in IFS9 were available for zooming. Now in IFS10, some are not active to zoom.

 

In IFS9, you could, for instance, zoom under the Customer Order Page in the Sales Quotation field. It is no longer available to zoom in IFS10. 

 

Would it be possible to activate the zoom without creating a custom object?

Am I missing some type of permission?

@ZTC ZTC JGOTA There is no configuration or setting to activate the zoom function for a field, at least to my knowledge. I checked the same in the latest APP10 release, and it seems like this field does not support zooming.

There can be reasons for that, and I hope someone from R&D would clarify it. However, the easiest way to achieve this is using a custom menu that can open the relevant Sales Quotation.
