Of course, day by day. I have ~60 not-closed to manage.

I get message:ย You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item, so I think this is not login issue.

Yes this seems to be an access issue. only internal groups can see i assume. Not external.

But this is really useful for all customers. better share it for everyone

The KB is set to be visible for Anyone, but for some reason it doesnโ€™t seem to work.
