Of course, day by day. I have ~60 not-closed to manage.

I get message: You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item, so I think this is not login issue.

Yes this seems to be an access issue. only internal groups can see i assume. Not external.

But this is really useful for all customers. better share it for everyone

The KB is set to be visible for Anyone, but for some reason it doesn’t seem to work.
