Does anyone have a solution to be able to preview when multiple reports are selected in the Report Format and Output window.
The question came from the users when they are doing ‘register arrivals’. They are selecting the lines from an order and RMB to ‘receive’ then they want select the records and preview the ‘print arrivals report’ but can’t because the preview option is only enabled when there is 1 line selected.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi,
This works as designed. If you have multiple reports (result keys) then the “Select All” checkbox is selected. This is to make it easy to set common settings like language, locale etc. If the reports are of different types then the layouts will be different as well. So then it’s hard to select which layout to choose for which reports. So due to this if the “Select All” checkbox is selected the preview button is disabled.
However you can uncheck the “Select All” checkbox making the preview button to be enabled and then you can select the reports individually and preview them.
