Hi All,

I was able to successfully add an attachment image via CRM Companion, and I can also confirm it from IEE.

However, the problem is that I cannot preview it in IEE.

Am I missing something? Thank you.

 

 

I am also noted that, there some issues about attach files in TouchAPP.

I’m not sure about CRM Companion, but typically when a user can see but not open attachments I find it is related to the Document Class that the user may not have rights to.  Normally if this is the case you’d get a clear error message indicating this when trying to open it.

It might also be that the document file type (looks like JPG in your image) does not have a defined default app to open with.
