Why am I getting Installation failed error while setting up IFS Print Agent

While trying to install IFS print agent I'm getting following error. I am using the correct credentials. Still getting this error. Does anyone know why I am getting this error and how to fix ?

Hi @Pheonix ,

Please use the raw decrypted password for IFSPRINT (in plain text) and once saved it will encrypt and save. 

Also check if you have done the steps mentioned in the answer of this post:

Hi @Dinushi Liyanage I tried both encrypted and decrypted passwords still doesn't work. Only Dot net installation version is shown to me not the Print Agent 64-bit. This might be the problem
