By any chance did you use the ‘Set as active in current session’ option when you edit the Base Profile? And also made any changes to the Personal Profile as well before restarting?
Re-creatable steps:
Use ‘Set as active in current session’ for base profile and edit the base profile > Save
Edit personal profile > Save
Restart the application
You’ll get the same message twice. If you didn’t do any edits to personal profile you will get 1 message.
I guess we will have to wait for another answer from someone then. Because for me that was the reason before and I checked it before adding the answer.
