We’ve recently put Web Lobby onto Apps9 -
Via the web lobby log in I am able to view all the lobbies that have been created prior to IFS deploying this software - however I get page unavailable when I try and open a lobby that I have created since.
The lobby is there listed on the web lobby view, so I can click on it to navigate to this lobby view but I then get the message Page Unavailable. The address is the same for the lobby page in the web lobby view and the application, so I believe it is trying to locate the correct lobby page, therefore I assume (maybe incorrectly) that it is a permission issue.
However, I have gone back and checked the permission sets on all the data elements presentation objects, design elements presentation objects and the lobby page presentation object and all are there and have myself listed as a user granted access.
Is there somewhere else I need to set so that it is visible via the web lobby view?
