Is it possible to display a tab on a screen depending on a value in a custom field?
For example, on the Supplier screen, hide the Invoice tab if a fiels is ticked on the General tab?

Hiding a tab base on a condition is not possible in the application. You can hide a tab from properties-> layout window and this change will save in user profile but there is no option to add a condition here.
