We have users who are intermittently getting “500” errors when they are trying to log into the IFS IEE application. Users initially get disconnected from the application before these errors occur. 99% of the time, this clears itself up after 10-15 minutes. On rare occasions, we have to restart the IFS Middleware Server.

Users bring up the IFS Web Page and select the IEE link. The error can occur after entering their login credentials, or in some cases, even before the login screen appears. This is happening in both our production and QA environments. 

We have recently upgrade to App10 UPD15 from UPD5, but this issue has been happening before the upgrade.

This is disrupting our users’ ability to process orders, shipping, and receiving.

Are there any errors/red or amber items showing up on the middleware server admin console?
