This issue typically occurs when the database task Validate Timespan For Users has not been scheduled during the system configuration. This task is responsible for handling the activation and deactivation of users based on their validity periods.

 

Resolution

To ensure users are activated and deactivated according to their validity periods, schedule the database task: Validate Timespan For Users.
