One of our users get his account locked after some time.
Don’t think anyone else is trying to use same account and using SSO, so he doesn’t put in the wrong password.
After unlocking user can login, but account gets locked again after a while.

Check if there any third party tools which are integrated with IFS are trying with that user login. Also check once he logs out from the IFS Application if his session still exist on the FND_CLIENT_LOGON_TAB or it appears in that table after he logs out of the application?

Maybe check the settings for the 'DEFAULT' profile, because I see that this user has such a profile.
The ‘Life time’ parameter is important - its mean, how long the password is valid. When the deadline expires, the user must change the password.
