We are currently testing out 23R1 since we’ve had bad experiences with it and have received multiple reports from customers that the update has ruined their environments and taken them offline. One of these issues is page configurations and custom fields.
In previous IFS Cloud versions, you could add custom fields to entities, then add those custom fields via page designer to pages. For some reason, our test 23R1 environment seems to have lost the ability to perform this action, however, existing custom fields added to page configurations have carried over and remain. How can we fix this? Why is IFS and their partners not letting customers know about this massive change????
We have requested documentation on these changes multiple times but received no responses from IFS contacts.
