Upgrading to Cloud and unable to connect crystal reports

Our company are currently going through an upgrade from app9 to Cloud 22R2.  We currently use Crystal reports and I am in the process of reviewing the crystal templates that are not working in the cloud environments.

So far I am unable to connect the Crystal reports software (2020) into the cloud DB. - Does anything else need to be granted?  I am trying to connect into the DB  with my IFSdbreadonly credentials given to me to be able to use sql developer.
