We are using IFS Apps 8 with MWO.
Can someone guide me to the access required with permission sets to allow the UI Designer to be enabled and allow the user to make adjustments to the layout?

Hi
Go to the permission set which you want to grant this access, and in the Presentation Objects by Components tab, you can find the required presentation objects related to mobile layout configuration. You can grant it to the presentation object. I think this layout configuration can be done from the Enterprise Explorer client, not from the mobile application itself.
right click on the presentation object and click Grant.
Note that you have to refresh the security cache.
