I would like to restrict access using permissions to the Supplier Quality Section in Apps 10 (Update 8), but i cant seem to find it, that's if its possible?
Image below shows Supplier\Purchase\General, the section that is labelled Quality
Any ideas?

I doubt whether this is possible. The items in the Supplier Quality group box was taken from the view- ‘SUPPLIER_ENT’ . If we try to change the permission for this then that will affect many places where this view is used. As I can see there’s no option to select “Quality” group box independently.
Instead you can change the visibility from the layout as below. These should be saved to the profile. However the use of this depend on your requirement.
