We have SSRS set up and working using the Report Data Services Data Source.
We’re now running into a problem with getting the Oracle Client installed so we can use that as a Data Source also. The 32bit Oracle Client is installed, but we can’t get Oracle to show up in the Connection Type list in SSRS.
Is there anything special which needs to be done to get the Oracle Client to show up in the list of Connection Types?
Should we be using the 64bit Oracle Client on the SSRS server or will the 32bit Oracle Client work?
