We are on IFS Apps9.

Using SSRS to replace some IFS operational reports.

We intermittently have SSRS operational reports fail in the IFS Print Manager.  I have a saved search that I use to find them and restart them, to get them to print. 

Is there anyway to troubleshoot why the print jobs are failing and resolve the issue?

    Hi

    There should be an error message on that screen.  What does it say?

    Hi Paul!  There error message is as follows:

     

    PluginExecute Failed. PluginException:SSRS:Error Executing plugin ifs.application.printagentservice.impl.extendedformatter.PluginException: PluginException:SSRS:rs.render

     

    Any thoughts?
