We are currently testing SSO on our Pre-Prod instance. From what I understand SSO does not work with Crystal and I need to use the IFSADMIN account.
Are there any guides on connecting to SSO enabled instances using Crystal Reports, OracleSQL Developer etc.
Any help is much appreciated.

I’m not entirely sure if that’s what you’re talking about, but our Prod Instance (Apps 10) has Azure AD SSO enabled and Crystal works just fine, in fact I’d say 95% of all of our Report Layouts are Crystal.
We have an Azure VM which is connected to all our Database VMs (hosted by IFS) through VPN Tunnel.
An Oracle Client is installed on our VM to list the oname aliases with the private IPs that correspond to the IFS Managed Database VMs, and they ping fine going through the VPN Tunnel. We use these oname Aliases to also connect to the DBs using PLSQL Developer for instance.
We then have Crystal Reports installed on our own VM and if we need to test the report, we just run it with a connection through the Oname alias.
