Has anyone configured SSL in IFS 8 with external URL. Can you please provide any references to do it.
Any further configuration need to be taken care at DB.

I assume you are having an IFS Middleware Server instance. In that case, please refer the attached documents extracted from IFS Technical Documentation. They explain the configurations you need to setup to enable SSL + External Proxy.
You can find more information on Load Balancing by referring to the “Load Balancing” section in “IFS Middleware Server-Load Balancing.pdf”

Thanks for the information. However, we have followed all the setups provided in the IFS Technical Documentation. We tried to enable the TLS 1.2 along with SSL but not able to able to configure it.
When we try to open the application using https, it routes to default Oracle HTTP page. surprisingly application works with http without any issue
