Source Codes / Components Used for Demand Forecast Table and Graph

Hi everyone,

we are currently analyzing a potential customization related to the Demand Forecast table and Forecast graph in IFS Cloud, together with our internal developers.

During this analysis, we realized that we lack sufficient documentation and access information to identify which source codes, components, or APIs are responsible for rendering and populating:

• the Demand Forecast table
• the Forecast graph

Without this information, we are unable to properly assess:

• the feasibility of enhancements,
• supported extension points,
• or whether the required changes fall within supported customization boundaries.

Questions

Could someone please help clarify:

1. Which server‑side components / services / projections provide data to:
   • the Demand Forecast table
   • the Forecast graph
2. Which APIs or data sources are used to populate these UI elements?
3. Are these elements based on:
   • standard projections,
   • demand planning server logic,
   • or embedded/compiled UI components?
4. Is there any official documentation or reference describing the architecture of the Demand Forecast UI (table & graph), including supported extension options?

Any pointers, documentation links, or architectural explanations would be very helpful.
