Sort order on standard reports

Have anyone done a modification on sort order in a standard report, for example Shipment Packing List?

We would like to sort the rows differently than standard. Do we have to make adjustment in the RPI package or can this be done in a configuration?

Hi Mattias,

You have to change the order by clause for the correct cursor in the RPI. In my opinion that´s the standard and best way.

You can adjust sorting also in layout, based on data what you have there.

One of my customers would like to change the sorting in one report, and I cannot do anything with the RPI.

I think I have seen an example of sorting within an RDL once years ago, but remember nothing about how that looked like, so: How to do this?
