Title:  Solution 285201Did Not Work For Apps10 UPD15 Customer Using SSO #GSDTECH#

Problem:  IFS customer Mellott Corp. does not have custom Contexts applied in its SSO authenticated instances (non-SSO instances don’t have this problem).  

Recreated in core:  No (only observed when SSO authentication used)

Recreated in customer environments:  Yes

Business Impact:  Customer can’t use self-designed contexts

Importance:  Mellott Corp can’t use the IFS context mapping functionality

Request for R&D:  Can we find out why Solution 285201 would not work for Azure Cloud - SSO authenticating Apps 10 (UPD15) customer Mellott Corp?

@Banu Liyanapathirana can we please get the Aurena FW versions from the Aurena client settings page from the customer’s environment where we see this issue? Did we also try to replicate this issue in any local environment if we have SSO enabled there?

Customer replied to my request for this info with a screen shot which states the following:

IFS Aurena framework version:  10.15.23.0

IFS Aurena client version:  10.15.132.0

IFS OData provider version:  10.15.2.0

We don’t know the reason why the customer is having those issues. As we don’t have any possibility to reproduce the issue, any investigation would need some help from the customer and access to an environment where the issue occurs. Please create a case if you would like us to conduct this kind of investigation.

Thanks for the reply Dominik.  I’ve emailed this customer and asked if they could be available for a session sharing meeting at a mutually agreeable time next week.  If so, would a session sharing meeting be acceptable for R&D’s purposes?

Dominik - the case contact has made herself available to meet with R&D between 2 PM and 9 PM on Aug 17th.
