Slider Default

HI,

Is there a way to set a slider to default as being turned ‘on’ or ‘off’ using the Page Designer?  

Example:  when creating a revision on a Business Opportunity, would like for the ‘Obsolete’ slide to be defaulted to ‘on’ when creating a new opportunity revision.  Right now it defaults to ‘off’.
