See details of a standard Projection

I have searched through the IFS menus...and have not found how to view a standard projection. This seems very odd that it is not easy to find the information.

I can see Projections that are custom defined - the associations and key mappings etc. That is not a problem. I have created several of these now - as ‘New’ Or ‘Configure Standard’ types.

So how do I see the standard projection - in the same way as I can view the custom projection, like below.

@rkescoupland  If you’d like to see further details - other than what’s available in the API Explorer, the Core files are viewable in IFS Developer Studio.  For my example, I’d navigate to invent/Client/InventoryPartHandling.projection.  The Projection references the Entity details which are viewable in the Entities folder.  Reference and keys are listed near the bottom of the Entity files.  Most users will find this way to look at the details challenging to follow, but it’s there if you want to take a look.

@rkescoupland   Through the front-end of IFS Cloud, you could use the API Explorer to view the standard projections.  Most will end in “Handling”.  Use the little dropdown arrow to the left of the projection name to get a list of included Entities and references.

indeed, i am already aware of this with regard to the API explorer and that i can see the entities and queries etc but this is why i raised the question as I was asking how I can see the information such as the associations and key mappings. I should have added - “please don’t tell me to use the API explorer”!

Thanks all the same and taking the time to send an answer.

Thank you Tracy. I will try that out - I have the software but am not very experienced with it. Not sure how I look at a projection with it yet, but the fact you have shown that is possible to do this is brilliant. And is what I was looking for.

Cheers😊
