Search in IFS APP9 not working for search domain Employees but working for others

Hi @WSHAH,

Have you checked whether the Search Domain for Employees is enabled and synchronized? You can find it from Search Domains window. 

Disabled Search domains are unchecked here and Not Synchronized column shows a non-zero value for unsynchronized domains.

 

Please refer to the reply marked as the answer in following post on how to enable and synchronize Search Domains. You can skip the 3rd step in this answer if the Search Domain is not enabled.

Hi Charith

Thanks for your response Search Domain for Employees is already enabled but after Disabling and enabling again and Synchronization is done, Now i am able to view record in Search Domain.
