Scan It for IFS Applications 10 keeps stopping

Hi All,

Earlier we were unable to connect to the customer portal.

server name is stal01 but config was set to stas01 for some reason and once we add this stas01 to DNS manager, we were able to connect to the IFS TAS customer portal successfully.

But now we are having an issue when trying to login to the android device as below.

What should we check to fix this issue.

Kindly advice me.

Don’t count on that quick response every time, it was pure luck that I just searched for scanit just now 😉

Do you have any idea how to find ScanIt app version, please?

I don’t remember exactly and I don’t have working android scanner where I’m sitting now so I can’t look it up either, but I would guess you would be able to see the version inside the app somewhere, like ‘about’ or something similar.

@MitDenukN the version showing in the screenshot is the server version.  If you want to see which version of the app is installed on a device: in the app, click on the icon with 3 dots in the top right of the screen and select About
