Hi Community,

We have a situation where Saved Search are missing in Search dialog, but they are showing in the navigator and under My administration.

The related view is a _Cust view.

Could this be a permission issue ?

We are in Apps9.

did you created it in a certain basic profile?

Does everybody have this issue ?

Generally the permissions are not the issue in this case.

Each user create their own Saved Search and I think it is their own profile.

Every user has this issue and only in a specific window.

may I ask on whick screen you want to save a query? I will test it also.

It is Customer Invoices page that has the issue.

it must be a bug. In my case I can see it in the navigator and as saved search.

 


Hello! We are having the same issue. Seems to be sporadic.. Not sure if it’s related to when we install IFS delivers and/or do a reconfig.

 

Anyone found a root cause for this yet?


Good Morning, we have users reporting this for the first time this past week.  Adding to the chat in case there is a resolution.
