We would like to restore our production env towards our CFG env.
Upfront we will export our specific env data/configuration.
After the restore we would like to re-import to the restored env - those specific env based data/configuration.
Does anyone have documentation or can provide guidance?

You can contact support to plan a clone of your environment. But not sure if
they can export a master data only environment? So that you have an environment without transactions.

Do you have IFS Cloud “on premise” or “fully managed by IFS” (Cloud Services) ?

Option 2 : The cloning job has to be requested via a case in the customer services portal
