Dear community,
We have recently upgraded to IFS Cloud, and have found that every operational report that is landscape, i.e. the Arrival Report, when printed to a local printer, i.e. \\SERVER\PRINTER1, always prints in portrait, so the text is reduced to fit the report across the portrait page and there is a large space to the top and the bottom. When printing these reports using the Print Agent printer, the report prints landscape as expected.
Has anyone experienced this and has found a fix for it?
