Report Rule to name the PO file name with order number

Hi All

We setup the below report rule in IFS to get the file name in preview / download with the PO number. 

 

However, when I preview / download the PDf, the file name is not changed. Anything we are doing wrong here? Other report rules are disabled in IFS.
