Report Rule Set Property in Aurena

In IEE, When using “set property” type to set the layout, by default user will get the assigned layout and this will be not editable.

But in Aurena, the layout can be still changed by the user.

Is there any other settings to be changed to disable the layout selection?

Any help would be appreciated.
