Using report rules for a purchase order print rep, is it possible to set conditions based on the status of the PO eg Released and the default site. I can’t seem to find these two properties within the available properties in the expression property lists, if not is there another way to target these properties?

You can add those properties as custom fields and then use them as conditions in the report rule.

Thanks for this information, however the setup and custom fields seems to return no data when used in report rules
