This is to inform you that we have assigned the Report Archive Projection to the user and granted full access. However, the user is still unable to view the results generated by other users.
Could you please advise what additional or specific access needs to be granted so that the user can view other users’ result keys on the Report Archive screen?

Report projection needs to be granted to a permission set/user to order and view the report. In practice, that means each report’s projection, not a single generic “Report Archive” projection.
If the user can open the Archive page but lacks the specific report projection, they won’t see or won’t be able to open the result keys for those reports created by others.
You need to grant system privilege ADMINISTRATOR to see all archive, background jobs entries.
