We have an issue whereby emails OUTSIDE of our company domain aren’t able to be sent from IFS.

 

An example is where the Purchase Requisition line(s) to Authorize notification sits in a Waiting status with Application Messages with the error message of “Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain”.

 

So lets say we want the notification email to go to Hotmail or icloud for example… Is there a way to make different domains accepted?

The Mail server your are relaying through is having problems - check IFS connect for the outbound SMTP relay server. This will point you to the server that is probably generating the warning/error to IFS
