Hi, we’re experiencing a strange issue where a lot of users are unable to use any SQL quick reports. The affected users have all required projections, and the trace information doesn’t provide any information other than a generic server error 500. We’ve seen instances where there are two users with exactly the same permission set grants, and one of them can access quick reports, whilst the other user can’t.

Currently have a case raised with IFS support, but wondering if anyone has come across this before?

SqlQuickReports/QuickReportOverview (server error)

An internal server error occurred. Contact administrator.

Hi, after reviewing the service update bug tracker, we identified the issue occurs when the quick report log is generated for a user with a directory ID > 30 characters. There is a fix for this in SU5. We have disabled the quick report logging system parameter for now.
