Rather than using the Forward option or manually selecting report distribution group when ordering a report, is there any way of automatically making a report available to pre-defined distribution groups? (Something similar to user access control in Doc Mgt perhaps)

+24I don’t think so. You might need a custom event that performs the Forward action based on some logic.
Another option is to use a Report Rule which writes the generated report into document management. Then you could use document management basic data to configure who had access to read the report from there.
