Problem with Report Designer IFS CLOUD

Were you able to sort this out?

We are facing the same issue. This is a bug IMHO but not sure what the cause is?
If you then just open a new browser tab and re-login you can get the report designer working but with errors every now and then. 

Open report designer and connect

It opens the browser and tries to connect

if you open a new tab and just login to IFS as you normally do then afterwards you can open the reports

 

But the error comes back every time you do something.

This is an issue in the tool although this error popup it’s getting connected to the report designer with ifsapplication and you can continue the report design work. 

It seems after having moved to 23R1, this issue keeps happening. I wonder if anyone managed to install and use Report Designer 200.2. I see the new Report Designer version requires Microsoft Open JDK11. Is this JDK replacing the good old java jdk? Or?

The issue has been resolved with the latest versions of the IFS Report Designer tool. Upgrade to the latest version of the tool which is 200.3.0001. 

@Marcel.Ausan Microsoft OpenJDK 11.0.18.10 or later version is required in order to run from IFS Report Designer 200.3.0000 version onwards.
